Marketing Assistant

We’re on the look-out for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. 


Supporting the Head of Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing, we are looking for someone with a solid organisational standpoint and experience within a digital agency. Knowledge of cloud-based ecommerce platforms would be an advantage. An important cog within the Marketing wheel, we are looking for someone to be an all rounder as the role will be varied.

The ideal candidate is capable of managing multiple items and will be at the heart of driving campaigns, organising exciting events from start to finish and keeping a close eye on all Marketing items and managing the timeline of all events, campaigns, etc.

This is ideally a full-time, permanent role, however for the right candidate we will consider a part - time position. We are flexible in terms of working hours and location, with many of our team working from home for some of the week. The role can be based at our Cheshire office or you could work remotely in the UK.


What will you be expected to do? 

  • Work under the direction of the Head Of Marketing, to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives

  • Create graphs, reports and detailed data analysis using computer software

  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as web content, brochures and press releases, from start to finish

  • Help organise events, exhibitions and seminars, making bookings and overseeing the guest list for the company’s marketing department and partners

  • Liaise with graphic and website designers

  • Help with presentations by assembling videos, slideshows and analysis of competitors

  • Encourage other departments in the organisation to take part in promotional activity

  • Carry out market research where needed

  • Manage the entire workflow of the Marketing Department to ensure campaigns and logistics are met


What experience will you have?  

We’re looking for someone with an excellent all-round knowledge of digital design and development, strong experience of project management and knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably cloud-based. You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and be used to working with anything that can be thrown at you during the day. You’ll be passionate about delivering an outstanding service at all times.

Our countryside location in Cheshire is fab but as there is no public transport locally, if based out of this office, you will need to have your own car.

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.
