eCommerce Project Manager
We’re on the look-out for a Project Manager to join the Blueleaf team. We need someone with solid project management experience within a digital agency and knowledge of cloud-based eCommerce platforms. The role will be pretty varied, dealing with the ongoing continuous improvement retainers for some of our eCommerce clients - these retainers range from 20 - 200 hours and are burned down on a monthly basis.
The ideal candidate is capable of managing multiple teams and sprints / work packages in parallel, for multiple clients, keeping everything to schedule and to budget whilst making sure the client is kept up-to-date at all times.
This is a full-time, permanent role - we are flexible in terms of working hours and location, with many of our team working from home for some of the week. The role can be based at our Cheshire office or you could work remotely in the UK.
What will you be expected to do?
We have lots of clients who work with us on an ongoing basis, making continuous improvements to their eCinc explaining technical elements where requiredommerce websites. We’re looking for a dynamic addition to our Client Services Team to drive this work, covering the following:
Understanding the client requirements and backlog priorities
Sprint planning and sizing
Briefing the client requirements to the internal team
Managing the work through to completion in an Agile environment, on time and to the budget agreed (in terms of hours used)
Reviewing work against requirements
Updating JIRA, our issue management system
Speaking to clients on a daily basis, including explaining technical elements where required
Confidently dealing with any queries from clients, although not necessarily to always have all the answers (but you’ll be able to find out where to go to find them!)
Providing regular status reports to make sure clients are kept up-to-date
Reporting on hours used from agreed monthly allowance
Ensuring sufficient time has been scheduled from a shared resource pool
What experience will you have?
We’re looking for someone with an excellent all-round knowledge of digital design and development, strong experience of project management for support contracts and knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably cloud-based. You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and be used to working with anything that can be thrown at you during the day. You’ll be passionate about delivering an outstanding service at all times. Experience of working in an Agile environment is advantageous but not essential.

Our countryside location is fab but as there is no public transport locally, if based out of our Cheshire office, you will need to have your own car and be willing to travel to clients where required.
Salary is dependent on skills and experience.
