We are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager in a permanent full time position in our wonderful offices near to Tarporley. The lucky candidate will need to be very proactive and focus on adding value to their role by being the front line at Blueleaf, dealing with all enquiries that come in and generally keeping the place ticking along. Key tasks of the role:

  • telephone duties
  • greeting visitors, organising meetings and requirements
  • general office duties
  • some account management responsibilities
  • proofing / editing proposals and reports
  • sourcing print prices and preparing estimates for print
  • managing print projects
  • raising purchase orders for suppliers

Key skills would include:

  • organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • good time management
  • excellent communicator
  • reliable and trustworthy

Key experience would include:

Having had a similar job role previously, ideally within a creative / marketing agency.

Being as we are based away from the main public transport routes you would need to have your own transport, however parking is free and on site.
