Fran is the latest addition to the Blueleaf team, joining the Client Services team as Customer Success Manager. We also subject newbies to some 'gentle' interrogation so read on to find out what made Fran want to work at Blueleaf and what her first few days have been like.
So Fran, tell us a bit about yourself?
I’ve got a varied career background in terms of types of businesses I’ve worked in but the ultimate focus has always been on the customer and supply of a product or a service.
I’ve worked for many years as a Project Manager, and more latterly this has encompassed Account Management and Support Management which is very fulfilling.
Ultimately, I love working with people, generally organising anything I can get my hands on and that sense of achievement you get when working with a great team.
What made you want to work at Blueleaf?
I’d heard lots of great things about Blueleaf and having met the team while here for my interview, I knew that it was the place for me!
Are we living up to your expectations?
My expectations have definitely been met and exceeded. Everyone here is so lovely, welcoming and encouraging.
What do you like to do, besides juggling lots of work at Blueleaf?
You’ll mostly find me with friends and family, doing anything from walking the Shropshire hills, eating good food and trying real ale to visiting stately homes and castles.
