What's the solution?

Video content has been around a long time and as such, can sometimes be overlooked for its effectiveness in ecommerce. Whether it's videos showing products being demonstrated, detail that can't be shown in photos or educational content, video can offer engaging, easily digested information that images and text can't.

What could the benefit be?

Salesforce data gathered from across clients on their Commerce Cloud platform showed that some brands experienced a 10% sales uplift where video was present on product pages. Another benefit not to be overlooked is that video content also created a 13% reduction in returns.
