This week was the beginning of the next block of training - 3 weeks hard work and then 1 week of recovery. It's going well.


I was set an unusual ride tonight where every 2 minutes, I had to change from the biggest gear, running at 50 revs a minute on average, to a really small gear with high revs, about 105 on average. It really did break the ride up and I pressed on hard. I ate loads when I got home. Any excuse!
