We're delighted to announce that we're working with Fat Face on their ecommerce website! Fat Face is a hugely exciting brand, with over 200 stores across the UK and Ireland. Their ecommerce website is available internationally and represents a key revenue stream for the growing business.

We're currently evaluating the Fat Face offering across multiple channels and working to optimise conversion and perfect the user experience.  We're  using our specialist ecommerce experience to ensure that the website is easy to navigate across tablet, desktop and mobile.

We started the project by looking at the analytics for the website, exploring who shops at Fat Face and how they like to use the site across different channels. We're now using this knowledge to optimise the user experience.

We have been developing a specialism in retail ecommerce for a number of years now and this latest win adds to our growing list of retail clients including Laura Ashley, Joseph, Next and the BBC Worldwide shop.
