Rob Smith, who normally spends his time helping Blueleaf’s clients achieve their digital media goals, decided that throwing himself out of a plane at 13,000ft was a good idea. Turns out, it was a great idea. Having now raised well over £500 for both Claire House Hospice in Chester and the MS Society and not in fact plummeting to his death, a success was declared all round (by most of the Blueleaf team anyway).
Blueleaf has a long history of helping Claire House Hospice with Adrian Lomas, our Managing Director, regularly raising money through cycling stages of the Tour de France, climbing the Three Peaks and running the London Marathon.
Rob said, "What a fantastic and exhilarating experience, there’s nothing quite like backflipping out of a plane, freefalling at 120mph and then swooping gently down to earth. If it’s not on your list of things to do before you die, add it now". So only one question remains, what have you done to challenge yourself recently?
