A huge thanks to everyone who came to our Digital Garden Party, and what a lot of you there were. Proof that us Digital folk don’t let some mild, near thunderous, rain storms get in the way of a good do.

It’s great that our ChIMPs network, of digital agency owners, now has a wider forum to include our teams and other digital enthusiasts. I really enjoyed the party and there was a great atmosphere and buzz in the room so I’m hoping that means everyone had a good time.

I was thrilled that so many of you supported the event , can you believe there was around 100 people in the room but it did mean that I couldn’t spend time with everyone.  If we didn’t catch up please do connect on LinkedIn

A huge thanks to our sponsors, ShortList and the University of Chester, who supplied the food and drink – how great were those tapas platters!  And to our impromptu photographer, Bob Hadfield  who took the shots featured in this blog post!

Last but not least, I’d like to thank Tom Cheesewright.  Not only did Tom take up the challenge of debating with our Strategy Director Rob, who we all know loves a debate, but he debated that the website is dead in a room full of digital agencies. I suppose that’s child’s play for a man who had to duck off early to interview a particle physicist.

I think the buzz in the room, the turn out and interesting chats I had and heard taking place suggests that there’s an appetite for this sort of event. So we’ll get the next one booked in and keep you updated.

I’ll see you there!
