Working Knowledge are a Social Enterprise dedicated to opening the eyes of business to young talent available locally, with a view to bridging the gap between education and the workplace. Adrian recently took part in SPLASH, an event run by WK, designed to raise the aspirations and confidence of college students so they enter the job market better prepared, whether as an employee, start-up business or following higher education.

He joined 25 other professionals at South College, Crewe as an expert advisor in meetings where student teams came for 12-15 minutes to ask specific questions in order to build their knowledge and understanding. Adrian also judged ideas for start-ups pitched in a Dragon's Den style event. He said, "The innovative ideas and genuine passion for entrepreneurship from the students was really impressive. It is fresh ideas and the willingness to work hard that will drive our economy in the future and I feel privileged, in a small way, to be able to help and support our next generation to do that."
