As we increased our turnover by 25% in 2012 and are looking to increase again by a further 60% in 2013, we've had to work hard to grow our team. As a result we'd like to introduce six new Blueleafers... Firstly, Scott Evans came to us as Search Manager to head up the new online marketing services division. Scott joins from Click Consult, where he was Senior Strategist working on some high profile accounts. He will use his experience of building successful SEO and PPC campaigns to continue to return excellent results for Blueleaf’s clients.

Also joining us as web developers are Robin Parker, Shahbaz Tariq and Noel Huxley. Robin joins the development team from Mando Group in Liverpool, Shahbaz comes to Blueleaf from Attain Design Ltd in Staffordshire and Noel joins from where he was part of the vouchers and deals team. All three developers will be using their knowledge of complex builds to support our clients.

To bolster the project management team, we also welcome Caroline Dudley, who joins from Amaze in Liverpool, where she was Project Manager working on major global brands. Caroline will continue to add to Blueleaf’s reputation for exceeding client expectations and delivering excellent customer service

Finally,we have also recruited Jonathon Palmer as Commercial Director to help the us to develop our London presence. Jonathon has a track record of success in business development, innovation, client services, project and team management within the digital sector. Having worked for brands like the BBC and Red Bull, he will use his expertise to drive new business.

As a result of new client wins and increased business from existing clients, we also have a number of other vacancies available and we're looking to recruit a further ten new team members in 2013. More details are available here.

Rob Smith, our Strategy Director said, “It’s a very exciting time for us, in the last two years, we have doubled our headcount and increased turnover by 40%. Our focus has been on steady, sustainable growth based on strong foundations. A key part of this growth has been building and taking care of an experienced team. The skills and experience that our new recruits bring with them will help move Blueleaf towards achieving our ambitious business goals for the future.”
