Who are we looking for ?

We’re looking for someone with solid account management experience within a digital agency.

You’ll be great with people and able to juggle many clients at a time, making sure they’re all kept happy. You’ll be determined to build and maintain long term relationships with the clients you work with. You’ll love everything digital and have experience of working with different types of clients, preference to strong B2C credentials are required.

What will you be expected to do?

You’ll be working on some of our biggest accounts and will be having regular contact with clients, looking for opportunities to grow and nurture their accounts, focusing on their success. You’ll be passionate about delivering an outstanding service at all times. We'd also love you to help inspire and lead the team.

Who will you work with?

You’ll be working in a dynamic team of Project Managers, Producers and other Account Managers, supported by leadership and direction from our Commercial Director, Strategic Director and Managing Director.

What experience will you have?

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience of Account Management within website design and build projects, including definition, testing and on-going work. You’ll also have an excellent all-round knowledge of digital marketing.

For this role, salary is dependent on skills and experience.
