The challenge

High street brand Next wanted to expand their online business with a new ecommerce site, selling a product range which had previously only been available in-store or via mail order.

The solution

Working closely with Next, we designed an on brand site that delivers functionality and usability for client and consumers alike. The site fits with other areas of Next's online offering in terms of design and works seamlessly with their internal systems. Customers are guided though the ordering process to the payment page in simple steps. The site has been successfully promoted post launch with emarketing, CRM and in-store promotions.

The results

The site has achieved consistently good results for Next, adding an important new revenue stream for this range of products. We are constantly reviewing the site to improve user experience and hence boost sales.
