If you haven't heard of curtain and blind manufacturer Ena Shaw, you'll certainly know the brands that we help them supply including Next, BHS and Homebase.
The relationship began with an initial challenge to help Next sell made to measure curtains online for the first time in their history. The resulting website launched to immediate success and has led to many other fruitful relationships for Ena Shaw.
Our bespoke ecommerce system has since allowed other retailers including BHS and Homebase to sell made to measure curtains and blinds for the first time.
It's a true win-win situation. The retailers have a new, previously untapped revenue stream, Ena Shaw's turnover has been given a huge boost and we get to work with some great high street names.
With millions of possible order permutations for made to measure curtains and blinds, traditional rigid ecommerce solutions weren't suitable, leading us to develop a bespoke system.
Since the launch of Next's site, we've worked on projects such as introducing the service into stores, email marketing campaigns, conversion rate optimisation and pay per click activity. We have also undertaken three redesigns to maintain consistency with Next's main website. This site alone consistently delivers a 7-figure income stream for Ena Shaw and is also a true multi channel proposition now it's in-store, delivering 10% of sales.
We carry out regular split tests to ensure that we're making it as engaging and easy as possible for
customers to choose, specify and buy their curtains and blinds. Every improvement we make is focused on delivering greater
revenue by boosting conversion from existing traffic.
Blueleaf understand complex briefs and produce sites that not only deliver in terms of usability, design and functionality, but also integrate with our back office systems to ensure massive value is added to our offering. I would not hesitate to recommend Blueleaf for their technical know-how and creative flair
