Blueleaf Account Manager's ears are their most important asset; the ability to listen to what clients are telling them is paramount, whether at a new business meeting, taking a brief or during a project when there's a sudden change of plan and you need us to act quickly. And because excellent communication between agency and client is important from the start of a project to the very end, all meetings are included in the project fee and not charged as an extra.
We appreciate how important sticking to your budget is and as such provide clear, fixed price estimates, based on a thorough brief before we set pen to paper or hand to mouse. As long as the brief doesn't change, neither will the price, even if our creative team don't hit the nail on the head first time. If that did happen (and it doesn't very often), we'll go back to the studio and come up with some new ideas, without charging you extra.
Copyright law is very complex. Blueleaf policy isn't. Unlike other agencies, once you've paid for a project, the copyright belongs to you. We're positive that once you've worked with us you'd never want to change agency, but if for any reason you did and you needed us to hand over artwork, we believe in doing the right thing and giving you everything you need without charging a copyright fee.
Blueleaf programmers are fluent in all the major languages you'd expect: HTML, PHP, CSS, SQL, even English. And that's where we differ. If you use Blueleaf for your next web, e-marketing, CD-ROM or DVD project, it goes without saying that the project will perform brilliantly, but you'll also be able to talk to our Digital Media team, without the need for an interpreter.
