Monday 25th July

8.30am - 9.00am = Meet Sofia team
9.00am - 9.30am = Monday Morning Meeting (conference call with Cheshire HQ)
9.30am - 10.30am = TechHuddle induction
10.30am - 11.30am = Set up computer - log in to email, JIRA and Slack
11.30am - 1.00pm = Pete and Daz to provide introduction to front end and back end development
2.00pm - 3.00pm = Adrian and Rob to provide introduction to Blueleaf

Tuesday 26th July

9.00am - 9.30am = Daily stand up (conference call with Cheshire HQ)
9.30am - 10.00am = Sarah to run through JIRA, 10,000ft and Slack
10.30am - 11.30am = Verity to run through project management process and introduction to client team
11.30am - 12 noon = HR induction with Kay and discussing chargeability / Sarah to run through Tempo timesheets
12.00 noon to 12.30pm = Chris to run through UX
1.00pm - 2.00pm = Iain to run through strategist role and current SGB projects being scoped
2.00pm - 3.00pm = Verity to discuss SGB - client information, past projects and current work)

Wednesday 27th July

9.30am - 10.30am = Pete to run through front end systems including GIT and Grunt

We use Gmail for our work email: it ties in nicely with Calendar and Drive.

Once you have logged into your account we will send you the details for all the other apps we use.

Slack is the system we use for all our internal communications. Slack uses "channels" rather than direct emails which dramatically cuts down the number of emails we send and receive and keeps everyone in the loop.

There are a number of channels that you will be automatically added to which are listed below. Feel free to look at all the channels and see which you fancy joining!

JIRA is another system that is fundamental to the day-to-day running of Blueleaf.

All our projects and timesheets are managed through it and we use it to store key information.

We use 10,000ft for scheduling everyone's work and this is managed by Sarah, our Traffic Manager.

At the start of each week, Sarah will go though your schedule with you.
