The 2016 report takes an in-depth look specifically at ecommerce and cross-channel retailers, comparing and contrasting their capabilities to see which retailers excel.

Analysis is carried out across multiple ‘performance dimensions’, with the aim of highlighting top-flight retailers in order to teach the industry about best practice. The research is extensive so it’s a huge achievement to be included and only the most progressive retailers are.
