Following the success of our furnishings website for Laura Ashley – which saw sales rise by 36% – we’re proud to have been involved with the rebuild of their entire ecommerce site. We’ve been expanding on our relationship with Laura Ashley by creating a new website for them. This follows the success of our made to order site, which was partly responsible for online furnishing sales rising 36% last year.

As Rob, our Digital Director, explains, “The previous website felt quite ‘old’ – it was cluttered and difficult to navigate around. Laura Ashley were looking for a fresher, cleaner and simpler look. More importantly though is to increase sales like we did with the furnishings site.”

“In consultation with Laura Ashley and Webcredible, we reskinned the existing website and also worked with the Venda ecommerce system to create all the new templates for the site.”

Gradual and consistent improvements are now planned to continually give a better customer experience, including changing the product structure to group products by colour.
