Rob, North West Young Professional of the Year?

Despite record numbers of entries for this year, especially in the Marketing and Media category, Rob has been shortlisted for the North West Young Professional of the Year.

The annual event celebrates the finest business professionals in nine categories and opened for the first time this year to companies from across the North West. The categories are: accountant, banker and financier/funder, young professional working in industry, lawyer, marketing and media, property, special contribution award, young financial adviser and a new category for 2013, team of the year.

The event takes place on 2 May 2013 at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester and are from professionals aged 35 years or under at the date of the award ceremony, so Rob’s alright for another five and half years! Watch this space!

It’s a win for Adrian!

We reported last month that Adrian had been shortlisted at this year's High Sheriff's Awards in The Cheshire Business Leaders Award for the Outstanding Cheshire and Warrington Business Leader. He was up against Dawn O’Sullivan, Retail Director of Boost Juice Bars UK. The award recognises an Outstanding Business Leader who has shown exceptional vision and leadership at the helm of a successful and growing business which has also contributed to the development and reputation of the whole sub-region.

We’re delighted that Adrian was announced as the winner on the night by Andy Duxbury, a member of the Cheshire and Warrington Business Leaders. As well as joining the group, Adrian will be invited to attend the annual Cheshire Ambassadors lunch at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel and Spa, hosted by His Grace, The Duke of Westminster, the University’s Chancellor.
