So the training is working. Today, riding to work, I gave it full beans and broke all my records on Strava (the amazing app where GPS picks up where you are and then plots it against your time and others). It was the end of 3 weeks of hard training and I had certainly put in some really hard graft. Now I'm shattered! I'm ready for my recovery week, where there's not as much pressure and I just need to spin the legs more.
