Ovo Energy has appointed us to improve their online presence.

The company – which supplies renewable energy – has briefed us to design and build a new customer portal and develop their main website.

“All too often in the energy sector, we are faced with frustrating call centres, poor service, and confusing messages. With our expertise in developing online systems for consumers, we aim to deliver a customer centric online presence for Ovo Energy,” says Rob Smith, Digital Director.

Our team will be creating a portal where customers can manage their gas and electricity requirements, pay bills and submit meter readings.
