We are delighted to announce that we are working with Harlequins. We’ve been appointed to apply our specialist Magento 2 knowledge to build and proactively manage a new online shop for the rugby club.

With a brave and ambitious goal to increase revenue from the eCommerce shop by 250% across the next 5 years, Quins have turned to Blueleaf to build a new site on the Magento 2 platform. The appointment was based on our results-driven approach and strong ecommerce expertise.

The club’s online offering is currently split into three integrated websites. One for general club news, one for ticket sales and one is the online shop. To a user it feels like one seamless experience across all three websites, with member log in being carried across all the sites.

This integration is something the club are keen to strengthen. It’s all about making the website as user friendly as possible. The user experience across the shop, and how it fits in with the rest of the club’s online offering, will be a key focus for this project.

Dijana Radisevic, Retail Marketing Executive, Harlequins commented:

“We are really looking forward to working with Blueleaf and delivering our supporters the best possible online retail experience. In partnership with Blueleaf, we aim to build on our retail offering to support the growth of Harlequins’ retail business.”

Iain Burnage, Strategist, Blueleaf added:

“I'm a big rugby fan so needless to say it's extremely exciting to be working with Harlequins. We see lots of opportunity to develop and grow their ecommerce offering, and the team at Harlequins has a lot of drive and ambition to push things forward. We're passionate about client success here at Blueleaf and are looking forward to matching the team's ecommerce site to their winning on-pitch performance. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in.”
