We've been commissioned by BBC Worldwide to help boost bbcshop.com sales and improve the customer experience in an increasingly competitive marketplace. We will assist in optimising the conversion efficiency on the three BBC Shop eCommerce websites in the UK, USA and Australia. The team will evaluate user experience across all channels and look to help maximise revenue opportunities.
The Blueleaf team will use our experience working with brands such as Laura Ashley, Red Bull, Travelex and Graham & Brown to boost BBC Worldwide’s eCommerce sales to help deepen fans' engagement of the shows that they love.
