Adrian's passion for effective digital marketing is matched only by his passion for great client service. A desire to create an agency that provides both led him to establish Blueleaf in 1999 and continues to underpin everything we do. He is totally focused on growing Blueleaf to be the best digital agency in the world, delivering tangible ROI and unrivalled client service in equal amounts.

A natural philanthropist, Adrian also invests significant amounts of time in helping each and every member of the Blueleaf team excel and connecting up the best people in our industry to create some very successful collaborations.

Away from work

Adrian is Non-executive Marketing Director of Pictures to Share, a Community Interest Company set up to help people living with dementia. In addition, he is a Senior Leader with the Anthony Robbins Foundation, helping others to achieve their goals. In his remaining spare time Adrian enjoys tormenting his leg muscles by riding stages of the Tour de France, taking to the skies in his microlight and racing the Blueleaf team car.

Adam joined Blueleaf straight from his degree in Computer Science at the University of Chester, where he studied all sides of the industry preparing him perfectly for a role in the Blueleaf development team.

He's playing an integral part in many of our exciting projects.

Away from work

Adam loves the outdoors and feeding his adrenalin addiction with snowboarding or wakeboarding. He can also be found down the gym getting fit or relaxing by watching his tropical fish.

Rob has been involved in digital since the industry was born. He's that rarest of animals, a techy who's as good with people as he is with technology. He has built a great depth of experience of what does and doesn't work on the web and is always on the cutting-edge of digital strategy.

Rob's focus is on building clients' businesses online, helping them identify new opportunities and income streams. He regularly advises big name brands on how to achieve maximum ROI from their digital spend.

Away from work

Rob loves driving fast cars (including the Blueleaf team racing car) and other manly pursuits like eating steaks the size of his head. When he grows up, he wants to be Richard Branson.

He loves creating engaging ideas and communicating them online with the best graphic design, photography, film, illustration, typography and copy. With a pragmatic approach and clear thinking, Chris helps clients translate their campaigns into online success.

Whether looking after clients or the Blueleaf team, Sarah approaches everything with the sort of attention to detail that ensures projects are always successful.

She is also fascinated by psychology and is qualified as an NLP Practitioner.

Scott's main focus is delivering projects exactly to brief, on time and on budget.
